To use the Online Rental Application just follow the steps below:

1. Download the application.
2. Print out one application for each occupant, age 18 or older.
3. Fill in the application(s) completely and SIGN each application.
4. Fax to (818) 703-5960 along with the apartment size you prefer and the date that you need to move.

Please include a call-back phone number with area code.

A member of our staff will call to let you know that we received your application and will confirm the availability of an apartment for you.
